Bella ERP is an internal business application used by authorised Bella sales and ERP users to access company ERP data, customer information, quotations, sales orders, deliveries, product information, stock availability, and related business records.
This Privacy Policy explains what data the Bella ERP mobile app collects, uses, stores, and shares.
Information We Collect
Bella ERP may collect or access the following information:
- Mobile phone number used for login and WhatsApp OTP verification
- OTP verification status
- Salesperson/user account details from the ERP system, such as name, user ID, branch, company, and permissions
- Customer records viewed or created inside the app, such as customer name, phone number, mobile number, email, address, city, and related sales information
- Product, stock, quotation, sales order, invoice, and delivery information accessed from the ERP system
- PDF documents generated or shared from the ERP system, such as quotations and delivery slips
- App logs and diagnostic information generated by the app for troubleshooting
- Local app preferences such as selected theme, company, and server environment
- Secure session data required to keep the user logged in
Camera Permission
Bella ERP uses the device camera only for barcode scanning.
Camera frames are used to detect product barcodes inside the app. The app does not use the camera for advertising, tracking, or user profiling. The app does not store photos or videos from barcode scanning.
How We Use Information
We use the information only for business and ERP purposes, including:
- Authenticating authorised users using WhatsApp OTP
- Validating salesperson access
- Displaying ERP records relevant to the logged-in user
- Creating and updating customers, quotations, sales orders, and delivery-related records
- Searching products, customers, orders, and stock
- Sharing ERP-generated PDFs when the user chooses to share them
- Maintaining app sessions and improving troubleshooting
WhatsApp OTP
When a user logs in with a mobile number, the number is sent to the Bella ERP/Odoo server to verify whether the user exists and to trigger OTP delivery through WhatsApp.
OTP delivery may use WhatsApp/Meta or an approved WhatsApp service configured in the ERP system.
Data Sharing
Bella ERP does not sell user data.
Data may be shared only with:
- Bella ERP/Odoo servers for authentication and business operations
- WhatsApp/Meta or configured WhatsApp service providers for OTP delivery
- Apps selected by the user when using the share function, such as sharing a quotation PDF or delivery PDF
- Bella administrators or authorised support staff when troubleshooting app issues
Data Storage and Security
Bella ERP stores limited data on the device, such as secure login/session data, saved phone number for session recovery, cached ERP data, app preferences, and troubleshooting logs.
Sensitive session data is stored using secure device storage where supported by the operating system.
Data transmitted between the app and Bella ERP servers is used only for authorised ERP operations. Access to ERP data is controlled by user permissions configured in Bella ERP/Odoo.
Data Retention
ERP business data is retained in Bella ERP/Odoo according to Bella internal business, accounting, legal, and operational requirements.
Local app data remains on the device until the user logs out, clears app data, uninstalls the app, or the data is replaced by newer app activity.
Troubleshooting logs may be deleted from within the app or by clearing app data.
Data Deletion Requests
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting Bella using the contact details above.
Some business records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, audit, delivery, warranty, or legitimate business purposes.
Children's Privacy
Bella ERP is a business application and is not intended for children.
Advertising and Analytics
Bella ERP does not show advertisements.
Bella ERP does not sell personal data.
